John is a great and reliable consultant, and absolutely the best. We had an unfortunate incident on the morning of the final walk-through of our new house – the basement got flooded. We got totally freaked out and had John come in for an emergency water damage assessment on the same day. John came in right away. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. After he had done his evaluation, he spent substantial amount of time walking us through the extent of the damages, the immediate remediation that needed to be done, the next steps, etc. We had a number of calls with John for further consultation and he patiently walked us through all our concerns as well as quotes of mold remediation companies. We had John come in again for post-remediation inspection, and he was able to provide helpful additional guidance. Would absolutely recommend him to all our friends in case they have such needs.
